A project came to close this past week. It was a long, arduous collaboration with multiple people and teams spread across... The project was to dive down into traditional skin care...collecting the data across different segments from an era goneby.
Ambitious? very.
Impossible? thats what MY TEAM SAID
Not worth it? yeah, so everyone said.
well we did it anyway!!
SO, The big project came to close this past week with us sifting out some great recipes, traditional recipes for skin and hair care. these recipes go back atleast 50 years and were being used by grooming maids for the royalty from Rajasthan to Madhya Pradesh!
I am at an absolute high. the following month is giong to be spent testing these, tailoring them to fit us today (ingredients like turmeric need to be tweeked or else TBMS clients will stand apart wtih thier jaundiced looks! ) and most difficult, procuring the ingredients! we have ingredients from mulathi to reethaa to gulaab patti- and thats not just any rose. its a rose grown from a particular traditional india variety-- deep pink and thin petals....well!? I AM EXCITED!
